Investigator narrative
VICTIM WAS TRAMMING THE CONTINUOUS MINER INTO A WORKING PLACE WHILE HE WAS POSITIONED IN THE DECK OF THE MACHINE. AS HE TRAMMED INTO THE PLACE, ANOTHER EE INFORMED HIM THAT THE MACHINE WAS CON TACTNG THE LINE CURTAIN INSTALLED IN THE PLACE. THE VICTIM APPARENTLY MOVED THE MACHINE IN REVERSE AND CAUGHT HIS HEAD BETWEEN THE COAL RIB AND MACHINES CANOPY.
