EMPLOYEE,TRUCK DRIVER,WAS DRIVING A LOADED COAL TRUCK DOWNHILL TOWARD THE TIPPLE,HE LOST CONTROL AND STRUCK A CAR TRAVELING UPHILL.THE CAR HAD PASSED TWO TRUCKS GOING UPHILL WHICH STOPPED TO A LLOW ROOM FOR EMPLOYEE'S TRUCK COMING OFF.THE PARKED TRUCKS TRIED TO WARN THE CAR OF THE APPRACHING TRUCK BY BLINKING THEIR LIGHTS.THE CAR CONTINUED ON AND WAS STRUCK BY THE TRUCK RESULTING I
