A MOBILE CRANE WAS BEING USED TO LOAD SALVAGE STEEL. IT WAS BOOMED ABOVE THE ADJACENT 7200 VOLT POWER LINES. THE VICTIM WAS GOING TO ATTACH THE LOAD LINE HOOK TO A PIECE OF SALVAGE STEEL THAT HAD BEEN CHAINED WHEN THE LOAD LINE CONTACTED ONE OF THE OVERHEAD ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS, FATALLY ELECTRICUTING THE VICTIM AND SHOCKING HIS HELPER.
