EE WAS OPERATING A LOADER. AS HE PULLED OUT ON THE GALLERY INCLINE THE LOADER, FOR REASONS UNKNOWN, RAN AWAY WITH HIM. HE JUMPED, FELL, OR WAS PULLED OUT OF THE LOADER. THE LOADER RAN OVER HIM AND HE WAS KILLED INSTANTLY.
