Employee alleges ee was aligning the pulleys and the bolts up and ee was pushing forward on the bearings with left arm and ee heard shoulder pop. Late Reporting due to employee just had surgery on 02/28/17 and ee is now losing time from work.
Employee alleges EE was tightening liner bolts and the wrench hit EE's gloves cutting EE's right palm. EE received stitches.
