QUARRY FOREMAN WAS WORKING UNDERNEATH HIS OWN PICKUP. HAD PUT FRONT WHEELS UP ON RAMP. HE LOOSED DRIVE SHAFT AND PICKUP ROLLED OVER THE CHEST CAUSING BRUISES & ACUT ACROSS HIS FOREHEAD.
