Employee was loading scrap iron into a loader bucket, felt pain in abdomen. Doctor determined it was just a strain and released him back to work on the 26th.

EMPLOYEE WAS REHANGING A POWER CABLE TO PREVENT IT FROM RUBBING ON FRAME. A ROCK (APPROX 8"") CAME OFF OF THE BELT AND STRUCK HIM ON THE HEAD. EMPLOYEE RECEIVED A MILD CONCUSSION. EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A HARD HAT.
