Employee was removing bolts on the cutting edge of the loader and sliced his left index finger. He received 7 stitches. He has returned to work today.

Struck against stationary object

Employee was tightening a bolt on the screen and the wrench slipped and cut his finger on mental. His right ring finger was fractured and required 8 stitches.
