Employee states he was washing out the inside of the log washer. He slipped and fell onto the paddles which resulted in bruising his ribs.

Employee was removing a lid off of 120lb can of grease with a screw driver. As he was removing the lid the screwdriver slipped lacerating his middle finger on his right hand.

Employee had been welding and helping another welder weld on a drainage pipe throughout the shift. Employee was diagnosed with flash burn.

Employee states he was taking compressor off of engine , had it unbolted, reached for a hammer, when the compressor fell off of mounting studs. He grabbed the compressor to keep it from falling.
