EMPLOYEE WAS HAULING GRAVEL TO RAMP LEADING TO THE PIT AREA. APPARENTLY EMPLOYEE BEGAN TO DRIVE DOWN THE RAMP AND WAS UNABLE TO BRING TRUCK TO A STOPPED POSITION. HE OPENED THE DRIVER'S DOOR A ND JUMPED FROM THE TRUCK. THE TRUCK ROLLED OVER ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE AND ONTO THE OPERATOR. MUSHA WAS IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED OF THE ACCIDENT BY THE CORPORATE SAFETY DIRECTOR.

EE IS A CONTRACTOR THAT WAS CUTTING UP & HAULINGOFF THE SCRAP IRON IN THE BONEYARD. HE WAS CUTTING THE COUNTERWEIGHT OFF AN OLD TRUCK CRANE. HE HAD CUT ONE SIDE LOOSE & WHEN HE CUT THE OTHER SIDE HE COUNTERWEIGHT FELL & HE DID NOT HAVE HISFOOT OUT OF THE WAY. ABOUT 10K PDS OF COUNTERWEIGHT.
