Employee was walking backwards from front of pickup truck along conveyor. Stepped onto the grated ground berm, twisted ankle underneath self landing with all EE's body weight. Believed ankle was just sprained and went home. Two days later (6/14/24) found out it was a nondisplaced fracture of lateral right fibula.
Laceration to left leg requiring stitches. While attempting to disconnect bucket from skid steer, the bucket slipped off the bucket moment and contacted left leg resulting in a laceration.
