While descending down stairs at the finish end ee slipped and strained a muscle in right leg above knee. After the weekend it did not feel better so ee asked to go to Occ Health and was diagnosed with a torn tight quadriceps. Follow up with Dr. on 11/7/17. To have surgery 11/17/17

AFTER HEARING UNUSUALY NOISE, EE LEFT BUILDING, WALKED OUT ONTO CATWALK TO OBSERVE AC CRUSHER. AFTER SEEING NOTHING WRONG, TURNED TO WALK BACK TO CONTROL BUILDING AND WAS STRUCK JUST ABOVE RIG HT EYE BY A ROCK, THAT APPARENTLY EJECTED FROM CRUSHER TRAVELING 15' UP TO CATWALK WHERE IT STRUCK EE.
