Employee got out of loader to pick up a chain. Pulled a muscle in their leg.
Fuel truck driver was fueling machines at the end of day. EE slipped and fell and hit EE's head on a large stone.
Employee was working with others moving a large generator using pipes as rollers; when he placed the pipe in front his hand got caught underneath, causing a crush injury to his left forearm.
Was working in crusher box when a sheet of steel hit his left knee.
Emp was standing next to conveyor when he pointed at something and his glove was pulled in between the belt & rollers on conveyor.
