EMPLOYEE WAS ASSISTING INSTALLING MATERIAL BELT ONTO CRUSHER. NYLON ROPE BROKE AWAY FROM WIRE CABLE UNDER TENSTION, HITTING EMPLOYEE IN CHEST AREA CAUSING INTERNIAL INJURIES. EMPLOYEE WAS TRANSPORTED TO AREA HOSPITIAL. EMPLOYEE HAD EMERGENCY SURGERY LATE LAST NIGHT.
