WHILE WATCHING THE SCREEN FOR DEBRIS, SAW DEBRIS HE THOUGHT SHOULD BE REMOVED. STEPPED OFF HIS GUARDED POSITION. WENT TO REACH IT AND SLIPPED. PUT HIS HAND OUT TO CATCH HIMSELF. RIGHT HAND GOT CAUGHT IN RETURN ROLLER.
