WE APPEARED FOR MEDIATION WITH LEGAL COUNCIL. THE DATE REPORTED BY EE & HIS ATTORNEY IS JUNE 4, 2009 (?) FOR THE DATE OF INJURY. CURRENTLY THIS INCIDENT IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
