OPERATOR TIGHTENED BOOM CABLE AT THIS TIME, PULLING UP ON HEAD AND PINCHING HIS LITTLE FINGER/ LEFT HAND BETWEEN HEAD AND GUIDE. FRACTURE AND LACERATIONS TO FINGER RESULTED.
