HE HAD JUST HELPED INSTALL THE MOVING WHEELS ON THE AUGER MACHINE IN PREPARATION OF MOVING OUT OF THE AUGER PIT. LOOSE MATERIAL FROM THE TOP SECTION OF THE HIGHWALL (APPROX. 60') FELL WITHOUT WARNING. I.NAME CALLED OUT A WARNING AND HE TRIED TO DIVE UNDER THE AUGER MACHINE FOR PROTECTION. HE WAS COVERED UP FROM THE THIGHS TO FEET. HE SUFFERED A FRACTURE OF BOTH ANKLES AND A BREAK O
