LOOSE MATERIAL FROM THE TOP SECTION OF THE HIGHWALL (APPROX. 60') FELL WITHOUT WARNING. I.NAME CALLED OUT A WARNING AND HE TRIED TO DIVE UNDER THE AUGER MACHINE FOR PROTECTION.
