BACKED LOADED COAL TRUCK ON TO STOCKPILE ON AN UNEVEN AREA. WHILE DUMPING OAD HOIST SUPPORT BROKE AND BED AND TRUCK ROLLED OVER ON DRIVERS SIDE THE DIRECTION THAT TRUCK WAS LEANING. DRIVER AGGRAVATED EXISTING INJURY TO UPPER BACK NECK.
