Climbed out of equipment. When reaching the ground turned to walk and the ground was covered in snow and ice and stepped into a rut and rolled ankle.

Sidwell Materials Inc. · Struck against stationary object

Employee was cleaning the grizzly plate on the feeder of the crusher with a spud bar. His hand had slipped off the spud bar and the spud bar slipped out of his other hand and smashed his little finger against the steel grizzly plate causing it to smash open. Employee went to Hospital and received 4 stitches and NO broken bones.
