Miner slipped as they were getting into the haul truck due to icy conditions. Miner caught themselves from falling and pulled muscles and tendons in their arm and shoulder area.

Miner was installing water pipe and had the 8 inch plastic pipe on the skid loader forks when the pipe fell off the forks and struck the miner in the right knee causing some swelling and soreness.

Miner was working on a platform and twisted is body and heard right knee make a popping sound. The knee locked up and felt some discomfort.

Left Knee was bumped on screen deck bracket. Initial thought was nothing hurt. Later in the evening some swelling and soreness occurring. Visited Doctor and was determines Left Knee cap cracked.
