HE WAS ASSEMBLING SURGE BIN. HE WAS STANDING ON H-IRON ON THE REAR OF BIN 7 FT. FROM GROUND WHEN HE LOST HIS GRIP AND JUMPED BACKWARD TO GROUND INJURING RIGHT HEEL WHEN LANDING ON GROUND. LADD ERS WERE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE.
