The miner was walking through the plant to his task, when he stepped on a patch of ice. His footing slipped and strained his back. The miner did not fall.

The employee was walking down the muck pile from the excavator when a large rock rolled down and pinched his leg against another large rock. He fell, the result being a chipped bone in his right ankle.
