Employee was using a hand winch to lower a small water pump at the primary crusher. While lowering the pump, the winch handle slipped out of employee's hand allowing the handle to come around and strike the top of employee's left hand resulting in a contusion. Restrictions on use of left hand.

Injured employee was standing adjacent to the feeder pan for the portable jaw crusher. When the crusher and conveyor were started a rock vibrated from the feeder pan area and struck the employee in the left shoulder. Resulted in contusion to shoulder and restricted duty.

The injured employee was working from a man lift when ee was caught between the bottom of a conveyor belt and the control panel guard on the man lift. The employee was treated and released back to work with restrictions.

Employee was shoveling in the Sand Plant Tunnel when he tried to remove a piece of frozen material from a chute. As he leaned over and tried to pull the material free he felt a sting in his lower stomach. Medical diagnosis is a Direct Inguinal Hernia. Employee was able to return to work with restrictions.
