MECHANIC WAS STRUCK ON THE HEAD BY A LOWERING CAB PROTECTOR OF A DUMP BED THE IMPACT CAUSED HIS CHIN TO STRIKE IN TURN THE TOP EDGE OF THE CAB DOOR THE MAN WAS STANDING IN THE OPEN DOORWAY WH ILE OPENING THE DUMP BED CONTROL LEVER DURING TESTING TO SEE IF AN OIL SEAL WAS LEAKING AFTER HAVING BEEN REPLACED
