Loader was noticed to have rolled slowly up to berm and stopped. Coworkers checked on the operator and found operator to be confused and disoriented. Workers determined the operator may have been showing symptoms of a stroke and immediately called 911. Operator was transported by EMS to hospital and diagnosed with low oxygen and given a Covid 19 test.

WHILE UNLOADING 2 PIECES OF PIPE FFROM TRUCK,MY FEET SLIPPED ON THE ICE ADN I TWISTED SIDE WAYS. I DIDN'T FALL. THE DAMAGE IS TO THE 25-51 VERTIBRAE (DISC). THERE IS A LARGE HERNIATED DISC, WI TH A FRAGMENT ON THE 8: NERVEROOT CAUSING PAIN AND NUMBNESS IN THE LEFT LEG.
