INJURY BEGAN SOMETIME IN THE SPRING OF 1996 & SLOWLY WORSENED, TO THE POINT OF HAVING A BACK OPERATION ON 3/12/97 TO REPAIR A DISK. NO LOST WORK DAYS PRIOR TO OPERATION. DR. THOMAS ROCK PERFOR MED THE FOLLOING SURGERY. A. AUTOGRATH OF SPINALBONE. B. LAMINOTOMY LUMBAR - ADDITIONAL SPACE. C. FUSION OF LUMBAR POST.
