While lowering the bed prop on a haul truck the operator failed to move EE's hand, causing damage to EE's right thumb. As a result, the operator received four stitches and a splint for a fractured right thumb.

Miner in manlift was preparing to attach crane to stacker to support for welding repairs. Crane ball on single part line came over the point sheave and fell striking miner in manlift.

While removing left front wheel assembly from a 992-C Wheel Loader with a hydraulic crane, wheel became wedged on studs. With the help of other employees, was able to pry free the wheel assembly. While pushing to pry free, felt pain and burning sensation in lower back.

While standing on trailer bed to hook up lifting chains on gear box for crane to lift, I stepped off trailer onto right front outrigger on hydraulic crane. Foot slipped off and fell, cut open left leg below knee.
While standing in a rowboat to weld on a floating conveyor and although the boat was properly secured, it shifted slightly causing welder to lose balance. He twisted his right knee in his effort to recover.

While changing bucket on Bobcat loader, right lever was not down. Attempted to kick lever with right foot. Left foot slipped and hit left pedal, which lowered boom. Right foot got caught between boom & frame of Bobcat. Crushing injury to right leg. No broken bones, just bruised.

HE USED A LADDER THAT WAS T OO SHORT, WHEN PROPER SIZE WAS ON SITE. HE DID NOT TIE THE LADDER OFF. DUE TO ICE/SNOW ON HIS ORTHE LADDER FEET, HE SLIPPED AND FELL IN TOWARD THE CONVEYOR.
