employee was assisting in removal of a water tank, from the back of a truck. The tank has a set of steel arms that lock it into position. The employee's hand was cut by a steel shard, on the steel arm, while dragging tank out of truck. the employee received a long cut on the palm of the hand, requiring stitches. the employee was wearing safety gloves, during the incident.
