DOOR WAS OPEN ON LOADER. EMPLOYEE PUT HAND ON FRAME TO BALANCE HIMSELF WHILE LOOKING BACK. EMPLOYEE STARTED TO MOVE LOADER WHEN THE DOOR SLAMMEDSHUT, CATCHING 3 FINGERS OF EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT HAN D. LACERATIONS REQUIRED EIGHT STITCHES.
