DRILLER WAS CHA3GING A DRILL STEEL AND THE CHAIN SECURING THE HAMMER BROKE ALLOWING THE HAMMER TO FALL FREELY ONTO THE DRILLER. THE EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED MINOR NECK AND SHOULDER DAMAGE.
