Employee was cleaning up spillage, pushing a wheelbarrow. The wheelbarrow started to tip over. Employee tried to prevent the tip over by grabbing one handle with both hands. The handle went between EE's fingers causing a fracture of the middle finger on EE's right hand.

Employee was operating a Porta Power hydraulic jack. The employee's right hand little finger got caught in the pinch point at the base of the jack handle.
