The employee tripped over a pallet and fell. Employee tore the Achilles tendon.

The employee was picking up a piece of stone when a sharp part of the stone punctured EE's finger where it meets the palm. The employee received first aid treatment and when EE returned to the task EE discovered could not bend finger. EE did not indicate was in any pain, however it was obvious something was wrong.

WHILE LIFTING AND TURNING WITH A 75 POUND PIECE OF GRANITE BLOCK, HE PULLED A MUSCLE.
HE STRAINED HIP MUSCLES WHILE PUSHING GRANITE CURB ON CONVEYOR.

INDIVIDUAL BENT OVER STONE WITH BURNER IN HAND AND NOTICED TWING IN BACK WHEN HE STRAIGHTENED UP.PAIN BECAME NOTICEABLE WITHIN AN HOUR.

INDIVIDULA HAD BEEN DRILLING HOLES IN STONE WITH PROTECTIVE GLASSES ON. HE TOOK GLASSES OFF WHILE CLEANING UP AREA WHEN GUST OF WIND BLEW MATERIAL INTO FACE & EYES. HE BELIEVES THAT IS WHEN O BJECT PROBABLY GOT INTO EYE.
