EE WAS STANDING TIMBERS. HE TURNED AROUND & HIT A PIECE OF WIRE HANGING FROM A ROOF BOLT.
THE EMPLOYEE STEPPED OFF MANTRIP AND ALLEGEDLY PULLED MUSCLE IN LOWER BACK.
THE EE WAS RUNNING THE MINER BY REMOTE CONTROL, CUTTING COAL ON HIS RIGHT SIDE, WHEN A SHUTTLE CAR STRUCK HIM ON HIS LEFT SIDE.

EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING IN THE SLOPE BOTTOM - END OF CONCRETE INVERT IN TURN-OUT. HE WAS PULLING ON HOSE, SLIPPED OFF END OF CONCRETE, FOOT GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN TIMBER CRIBBING AND END OF RAIL TWIS TING HIS ANKLE. SEVERE SPRAIN TO LEFT ANKLE.

EMPLOYEE STATES THAT HE PINCHED A NERVE IN HIS HIP WHILE SITTING IN THE HOIST OPERATOR'S CHAIR OPERATING THE SLOPE HOIST.
EE WAS ROOF BOLTING WHEN ROCKS FELL OUT AROUND DRILL HOLE. THIS WAS AT THE NO.1 CROSSCUT IN THE SLOPE. THE ROCKS STRUCK THE EE BRUISING HIS NECK AND LEFT SHOULDER. IN ADDITION TO CUTTING A SMA LL PLACE ON HIS LEFT FOREARM, WHICH REQUIRED 4 STITCHES.
EE WAS INSTALLING 4' SPLIT BOLTS WHEN HE PULLED A MUSCLE IN LEFT WRIST.
EE IS EXPERIENCING PAIN, SWELLING AND STIFFNESS IN FOREARMS AND HANDS, HAVING TROUBLE WITH GRIP AND DEXTERITY.
EMP WAS BOLTING TOP WHEN A PIECE OF ROCK FEL FROM TOP, BOUNCED OFF HANDRAIL, AND STRUCK HIM ON THE LEFT UPPER LEG. BRUISE TO LEFT UPPER LEG.
