Suncore Construction and Materials Inc. · Struck by flying object

Changing a rear idler on the dozer, idler was stuck in place so employee tried striking it with a sledgehammer. Piece of metal flew off and embedded into the right side of employees chest. Foreign body removed and wound was sutured.
