FORMAN KICKED THE PLATE AND EE DIDN'T HAVE HIS HAND OUT OF THE WAY. IT CUT HIS HAND. TOOK 8 STITCHES TO REPAIR HIS HAND. LOSS OF ABOUT 2 DAYS AS OF REPORT DATE.

THIS IS WHEN THE END OF THE PIPE HIT EE. HE TOLD ME ABOUT IT AND I ASKED HIM IF HE NEEDED TO GO TO DR HE SAID IT WASNT THAT BAD. BUT HOW HE NEEDS A HERNIA OPERATION.
