CRUSHER FORMAN AND LOADER OPERATOR WERE PUTTIN GREBUILT FEED PLATE IN FEEDER. FOREMAN SAID I'M GOING TO KICK THE JAMED PLATE. EE NEVER HEARD HIM SAY THIS OR COULDN'T REMOVE HIS HAND QUICK EN OUGH. FORMAN KICKED THE PLATE AND EE DIDN'T HAVE HIS HAND OUT OF THE WAY. IT CUT HIS HAND. TOOK 8 STITCHES TO REPAIR HIS HAND. LOSS OF ABOUT 2 DAYS AS OF REPORT DATE.

THIS IS WHEN THE END OF THE PIPE HIT EE. HE TOLD ME ABOUT IT AND I ASKED HIM IF HE NEEDED TO GO TO DR HE SAID IT WASNT THAT BAD. BUT HOW HE NEEDS A HERNIA OPERATION.
