Emp. Stepped off a track hoe and as EE turned to walk away EE stepped on the side of a rut and twisted EE's right ankle causing a fracture.

EE was coming down the stairs from the shaker deck platform onto the middle platform. When they turned and claimed to feel a small pop in right knee. They did not request medical treatment until 7/25/23, they were taken to the Co Dr and examined. It was determined that a pre-existing bone spur was causing the pain and swelling. EE was placed on LD and a follow up appt. on 7/28/23.
