EE WAS RIGGING A COLLAR ONTO THE CRANEE RIGGING. AFTER FASTENING IT ON GE RAISED IT & MOVED OVER TO ANOTHER COLLAR. HE LOWERED THE FIRST COLLAR TO RIG THE OTHER COLLAR ON. WHEN HE WENT TO RI G THE 2ND COLLAR THE 1ST COLLAR FELL ON HIS FOOT.
