LEF ARM CAUGHT WHILE ADJUSTING TRACKING ON FEEDER CONVEYOR OF 5000S EXTEC SCREENING PLANT. EE'S LEFT ARM CAUGHT BETWEEN CONVEYOR BELT AND THE REAR ROLLER OF THE FEEDER. HIS LEFT ARM WAS BROKEN ONCE AT UPPER FOREARM AND THE ULNA BONE WAS BROKEN BELOW WRIST.
