Employee was assigned to cut aprons off the Rap Screen using a torch. He had unrolled the torch from the truck and hung it so he could reach it. He squatted on the ground to begin cutting metal off the screen when he felt a pop in his right knee.

Employee had been kneeling on his knees doing maintenance work. When employee got up his right knee gave out causing employee to fall to the ground. Employee suffered a strain to the knee.
