EE WAS CUTTING A PIECE OF RUBBER BELTING WHEN THE UTILITY KNIFE HE WAS USING CUT THROUGH THE BELTING AND CUT THE UNDERSIDE OF HIS LEFT FOREARM CAUSING A 3/4" LACERATION.
