INJURED WAS CLEANING OFF GRATES OF CLINKER GRIZZLEY HOPPER, AS HE WAS POKING LUMPS, HE LOST HIS FOOTING AND HIS LEG SLIPPED BETWEEN GRATES AND TWISTED IT.
