Our coworker experienced a medical emergency while getting into EE's personal vehicle. EE later succumbed at the Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest Hospital.

EE was standing on the platform of a d8 dozer and lost footing. EE fell to the ground and landed on right side. Incident resulted in a fracture to the right ring finger.
