THE VICTIM WAS WORKING ON A WOODEN PLANK ON NEW CRUSHER INSTALLATION. THE 2" X10" PLANK BROKE RESULTING IN THE VICTIM'S FALL OF 22' ONTO A CONCRETE SURFACE. THE FALL RESULTED IN A LACERATION TO THE FOREHEAD AND MULTIPLE CONTUSIONS.
