Employee was cutting a piece of corroded angle iron with a spear like point while inside of a chute at the wash plant. The employee tapped on the cut piece of angle iron with a hammer causing the entire 8-foot piece to come loose, falling and puncturing the top of EE's left foot a quarter inch above EE's steel toe boot.

THEN, ON FRIDAY, 2-2-90, HE WAS GOING UP THE STEPS TO THE PRIMARY SCREEN HOUSE AND SLIPPED ON THE STEPS. HE SAID THIS AGGRAVATED THE ORIGINAL INJURY.
