ROUGH HAUL ROAD AND THE VIBRATION STARTED THIS OPERATORS BACK TO HURTING. WAS NOT REPORTED UNTIL 5-26-99 OPERATOR DID NOT WANT TO GO TO DR SAID HE WOULD BE OK ON 6-12-99 OPERATOR WANTED TO GO TO DR AND WAS SENT TO A BAPTIST MINOR EMERGENCY.
