EE had just finished a repair to the surge. When coming out of the chute, some small rock slid off the shelf and slid across EE's head. This left EE with a cut.

Employee claims while adjusting water flow at the secondary plant, they turned to move to another location and tripped. As a result, they hurt their wrist.
