EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE SAFETY BLOCKS FROM HYD. CYLINDER OF CRUSHER. INSTEAD OF DECREASING PRESSURE, HE INCRESED PRESSURE AND CRUSHED BLOCK. BLOCK FLEW OUT AND HIT EE IN ABDOMEN.
