Two employees were changing blow bars. As they started IE had the tool in place but wasn't quite ready. EE noticed the Tool was in place and swung the hammer striking the handle of the tool smashing IE's finger between the tool and the Rotor head. The tool used to complete the task was engineered to eliminate injury, but it takes 1 person to place tool and 1 to strike
