Vibration from pulling slide out of crusher caused lime on objects above to become airborne, raining into employee's right eye.

EE WAS USING A VACUUM TO CLEANUP SPILLED MATERIAL AT A RAIL LOAD OUT STATION. HE SHUT DOWN SYSTEM TO CLEAN OUT THE BARRELL. WHEN HE WENT TO REMOVE THE 4" SUCTION LINE DUE TO THE COLD WEATHER IT WAS STUCK. WHEN FORCED, IT CAME OFF SUDDENLY SPRAYING LIME FINES INTO EE'S FACE WHICH GOT CAUGHT BEHIND GOGGLES & REACTED WITH SWEAT THERE.
