ROLLERS ON CONVEYOR WERE STUCK EMPLOYEE TOOK SHOVEL TO CLEAN OUT WHILE CONVEYOR WAS RUNNING AND SHOVEL GOT CAUGHT IN ROLLER AND RIPPED SHOVEL OUT OF HIS AHND CUTTING FINGERS AND HAND.
